Custom windows made of CaF₂, MgF₂, ZnS and other materials can be customized according to drawings or samples. In addition to circular shapes, we also provide irregular lenses such as square, triangular or other polygonal shapes.
  • Standard Sizes: Thickness 2mm, 3mm, 4mm; other thicknesses from 1.0mm to 20.0mm are available. Custom sizes based on drawings are also supported.
  • Processing Capability: Taking CaF₂ as an example: diameter 50.8mm * thickness 8mm. Reflective surface figure: 1/10; transmitted wavefront: 1/12; surface quality: 20-10; roughness Ra: ＜0.2nm; parallelism: ＜15″.
  • Coating Requirements: Anti-reflection (AR), high-reflection (HR), and partial-reflection (PR) coatings are available for CaF₂, MgF₂, ZnS windows.
