Precision molding of special-shaped parts
Using prefabricated molds, glass (main material: high borosilicate glass) is heated to a plastic state, then pressed and formed. Standard annealing processes are applied to eliminate internal stress and prevent cracking caused by subsequent stress concentration.
This process reduces the need for post-grinding, delivers a rich and full appearance, and is suitable for mass production. Main applications include appearance parts for equipment and instruments, automotive control knobs, and similar products.
